Misbehaving at Work (VIDEO)

Empowerment is a management tool that increases a team’s sense of both individual worth and commitment to an organization. The idea is to include them in decision making, to give them a participatory role which capitalizes on their own expertise and judgment while honoring a code of behaviors that separates “good” empowering behaviors from “bad” disempowering ones.

Unfortunately, this oversimplified approach to corporate behavior falls short of the reality of day-to-day business. 

During this seminar a new set of behaviors more suited to the rough and tumble of life will be presented and discussed. Some of these behaviors may seem counter-intuitive at first but when used properly they generate the kind of energy and focus you and your team need to achieve even the most aggressive results.
